General Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Go-Staff website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Go-Staff, Inc. provides staffing and employment services including temporary staffing, temp-to-hire placements, direct hire services, and payroll services throughout Southern California.

3. Employment Relationship

Temporary employees placed by Go-Staff are employees of Go-Staff, Inc. for the duration of their assignment unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients utilizing Go-Staff services agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Notify Go-Staff of any workplace injuries or incidents
• Not hire Go-Staff employees directly without prior agreement

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual client agreements. Standard payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Go-Staff maintains the confidentiality of all client and employee information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Go-Staff's liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. Go-Staff is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
